It is the benefit of the price reduction announced by the publisher on the products you have purchased from INNELEC. You will be informed by email of the procedure to follow, the references concerned, and the unit value.

You must declare your stock within the time limit indicated on the interface called ‘PUBLISHER COMPENSATION’ on INNELEC.COM in your account section > Püblisher Compensations. Please note: No requests sent by fax or email will be considered.

Yes, the quantities entered will be accepted up to a limit of 100% of the last restock. If there has been no restock, quantities will be accepted up to a limit of 30% of the initial order.

You will receive a credit note for the value of the quantities declared and accepted after verification by our services within an average period of 60 days.
