If you already are an Innelec customer, you need to create a new password to access your account. You should have received an email from us with a link to set up your new password. Click on the link to create your password, then log in using your email address and your password.
You can track your reserved product orders (in stock) and backorders (currently being replenished), or view your order history from the menu under Product Portfolio. The status of your shipments, whether being prepared, in transit, or shipped, is available under Shipment Tracking.
From your customer account, go to the Product Portfolio page to view the current status of your free shipping threshold. This information is also available on the homepage when you are logged in.
To add an order reference to your cart, a dedicated field is available during checkout. Simply enter your Order Reference before finalizing your order to ensure the information is recorded correctly.
