Sony audio and video accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty directly provided by Sony, starting from the final customer’s purchase date.
To benefit from the warranty, the final customer’s purchase receipt and the Innelec invoice must be provided.
Regarding batteries, the gradual loss of charging capacity due to normal use and time is considered normal wear and is not covered by the warranty.
