Polyimide adhesive tape ideal for replacing the 12.7 mm adhesive tape (#922-1731) used by Apple.
Compatible with the specifications of 3M Kapton® polyimide adhesive tape #KPT-1/2 and can be used as a replacement.
Withstands high temperatures up to 260°C and low temperatures down to -70°C.

Polyimide adhesive tape is used in electronic components for the aerospace industry as well as in Apple products. It is a low-outgassing plastic with high heat resistance, excellent thermal conductivity, and low radiation interference. Essential for masking during welding or powder coating, polyimide is also used for electrical insulation in X-ray equipment or radioactive environments.
