If you are already an Innelec customer, you need to create a new password to access your account. You should have received an email from us with a link to set up your new password. Click the link to create your password, then log in using your email address.
All your order information is securely retained and centralized in your innelec.com account. You can access it at any time.
In your My Account area, you can access your favorite products, track your shipments, view all your invoices and other documents, and manage your requests and return tracking.
From your customer account, go to the Product Wallet page to view the current status of your free shipping threshold. This information is also available on the homepage when you are logged in.
Yes, you can add products to your favorites. Simply click the 🩷 icon located at the top right of a product image. This works both on product pages and directly on thumbnail images in search results pages. To view your favorite products, click the 🩷 icon in the top left menu or go to My Account > Favorites.
All features — ranging from adding items to your cart and requesting delivery to creating favorite product lists — are available on mobile, exactly as they are on desktop.
