ONE DAY, IN THE KINGDOM OF FLOWERS...
Prince Florian invited Mario and his friends to visit him, but an intruder with a familiar face shows up unannounced! While his army causes trouble, Bowser seizes a magical flower and merges with Prince Florian’s castle, transforming it into a flying fortress!

As the power of the magical flower spreads throughout the kingdom, all sorts of strange and wondrous events begin to unfold... With Fort Bowser on the loose, it’s up to the brave team from the Mushroom Kingdom to save the day!

Every level has its own special flower, and anything can happen when you pick one up. From pipes that come to life to sloping floors, from bouncing Roulipos to stampeding Coursératops, from dizzying dives to space-age twists and turns, you never know what’s in store for you. You might even transform into something completely new!

The hidden gems are often tucked away in the middle of the courses, so keep your eyes peeled and try to spot anything that seems out of the ordinary!

The fun of playing Super Mario Bros. Wonder is even greater when shared! Whether on the same screen or online, team up to save the Flower Kingdom from Bowser’s clutches, or enjoy the new features added to the single-player adventure when playing online.

LOCAL GAME (2–4 PLAYERS)
Up to four players can play together on the same console! Work together by reviving each other’s ghosts when things go wrong, or let the players controlling Yoshis carry you on their backs!

ONLINE GAME (2–4 PLAYERS)
Create an online lobby for up to 12 people, then invite your friends to join you! Play as usual by collecting wonder seeds together, or turn the levels into speed runs to challenge each other in good fun!

LOG IN
As you explore a level, you may encounter the shadows of other players who are playing at the same time as you, as well as signs left by players from all over the world! Tap them to return to the game if you’ve been turned into a ghost, or leave your own sign behind to help others. You’ll earn heart points if you help someone else online this way!

NEW TRANSFORMATIONS!
In addition to classic items like the Power-Up Mushroom, Fire Flower, and Power Star, Super Mario Bros. Wonder introduces a host of new features! Discover three new transformations to help you defeat Bowser and his minions.

COLLECT THE BADGES!
Badges grant unique abilities or bonuses that will help you in the levels. You can earn them by completing badge challenges in special levels or by purchasing them at certain Poplin bazaars on the map.

You can wear only one badge per level, even if you're playing as a team with friends. Feel free to try them out to find the one that suits you best for each level!
