This is where our future is being built
The year is 2054. Earth has been destroyed in a war between two alien species, and humanity is on the brink of extinction. A small number of survivors, aboard the ship “La Grande Blanche,” make an emergency landing on an unexplored planet named Mira. As a member of BLADE, your mission will be to do everything in your power to ensure the survival of humanity.

Set out to discover the unknown
Mira is an alien planet consisting of vast oceans, gigantic plains, immense mountain ranges, exotic jungles, and many other regions, each of which holds secrets and terrible threats. During your adventures, you’ll be able to move freely across the planet’s surface and explore numerous areas, watch their ecosystems come to life before your eyes, and face off against gigantic, unknown creatures to obtain precious resources.

Install sensors across different continents to expand the FrontierNav system and reveal more information on the world map. There are different types of probes that provide various effects, such as giving you advantages in combat. Feel free to experiment to find the setup that works best for you.

Once you've proven yourself within the BLADE, you'll be authorized to pilot and customize your own Skell—a massive robotic exoskeleton designed for both combat and high-speed travel on land, water, and in the air!

Build your community
Team up with various comrades-in-arms to face the dangers of Mira together. Strengthen your bonds with your companions to improve your combat synergy and unlock quests that reward rare items.

Strength in numbers
With a Nintendo Switch Online membership, you can join a squad—an online group of up to 32 people—to work toward shared objectives and earn rewards and experience. You can also participate in missions with three other squad members to accomplish objectives such as eliminating a certain number of specific enemies or gathering specific resources, or even join forces against World Bosses in epic multiplayer battles against these massive creatures!
