The Mandalorian is a television series produced by Lucasfilm Ltd and broadcast on the Disney+ streaming platform since April 2020. The series is part of the Star Wars science fiction universe, the second most profitable franchise in cinema. The series takes place five years after the events of Episode VI. Viewers follow the adventures of Din Djarin, better known as "The Mandalorian" or "Mando." This bounty hunter is often entrusted with risky missions throughout the galaxy. It is during his adventures that he meets the adorable Baby Yoda. To mark the launch of Disney+ in France, the first episode of The Mandalorian was broadcast on television, attracting 1.54 million viewers (a 5.6% audience share).
